Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To start a return, email us at admin@rookandrye.com with your order number.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for:

– Used items

– Items returned without original packaging

– Perishable, personalised, or custom‑made goods

Faulty or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Refund time Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after we receive your return.

– We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns.

– We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
